About me

About me

I am one of those people who found their place in the world. I love what I’m doing. I really enjoy working with people and I am always happy, whenever I can support people on their healing or life path and contribute to their healing process or their development. 

I see people as individuals and recognize the potential they have within them. I am an optimistic person whose glass is always at least half full. In addition to professionalism, creativity and humour are faithful companions. Creativity helps me to find together with you individual solutions. When appropriate, humour can bring some happiness and lightness to all areas of life and bring a light into the darkest corner. When you are willing to, I will go the “extra mile” with you, because healing is always possible on some level.

2014
In 2013 I was awarded the title of “alternative practitioner” by the Cologne Health Authority after successfully passing my exam. Since 2014 I have been working as an alternative practitioner in Erftstadt in my own practice in the areas of “psyche”, “manual therapy” and “spirituality”. For some time now, I have also been successfully offering online appointments in the areas of “psyche” and “spirituality”.
Psyche and manual therapy
During my training as an alternative practitioner from 2010-2014 I underwent intensive training in hypnotherapy (TherMedius Institute) and I learned the basics of EMDR for the area of psyche. I also learned the “Dorn method and Breuß massage” for the area of manual therapy. Later I received further training in massage techniques (muscles and fascia), chiropractic (DIC and Ackermann College; work shadowing with Thomas Winz in Nettetal) and osteopathic techniques & cranial sacral therapy (Osteopathie Institut Deutschland).
Spirituality and healing
Since 2006 I am a recognized healer in the DGH e. V. (Dachverband geistiges Heilen) after a two year (basic) training with Jürgen Bongardt (Rheinbach) in energetic, spiritual and shamanic healing. Since 2009 I have been developing my abilities as a medium and have completed intensive trainings with Regina Warkentien/Mackovic, Minister Matthew Smith, Andrej Djordevitch, Annie Gee (Mavis Pitilla) as well as many other courses with other internationally recognized mediums.
Further training
I have completed many other training and further education courses in other areas in the past. For the sake of clarity I only roughly mention here the most important education for the areas that I offer and use in my practice. It goes without saying that I will continue to further my education through courses, literature and expand or refresh my knowledge, experience and skills in all areas. In addition, I am constantly learning new things through the practical application of all my skills. I am a member of the professional and specialist association “Freie Heilpraktiker e. V.” (registered association of free alternative practitioners) and the “Dachverband geistiges Heilen e. V.” (DGH e. V. = umbrella association for spiritual healing).
